To convert humans to the ways of Regle. To destroy those who will not convert.

Primarily Gallura, but the influence of the cult is expanding throughout Xaria.

Varies. The Tocard try to convert all.
Recruitment & Training:
The Tocard generally recruit by forceful conversion.
Code & Conduct:
The Tocard have no tolerance for non-believers and embrace the concept of “conversion or death”. Knowing that this tactic does not sit well with most governments, the Tocard is primarily an underground movement, where its members wear a mask to protect their true identities.
Past:
Little is known of the origin of the Tocard, except to say that they were Gallurans who broke the law of the Cardinal and drank heavily from the Fountain of Divinity. While the Cardinal deems this the cause of their insane fervor, the Tocard claims it to be enlightenment to the true way of Regle.
Present:
There are suspected to be over 100 members in this cult with numbers growing rapidly.
Alliances:
None, though the current cardinal of Gallura has for the most part turned a blind eye to the cult.
Enemies:
The King’s guard. All non-Regle worshipping folk of Xaria.
Leadership:
Unknown at this time. They will claim that only Regle commands them.
Divisions:
Local branches of the Cult are appearing around the continent.

Although concentrated in Gallura, sightings of Tocard members has sprung up in many different countries across the land.

“Renounce all other false gods and swear your devotion to Regle, for he alone is to guide your path. Kneel before me and renounce!” – an unnamed priest of the Tocard.

All Tocard members live double lives. Nearly all of them are considered Fighter/Divine Mages because of the few prayer spells known to them all.
